4.8.104 Nov 2014 00:45 minor bugfix: Adding a concept modifier MORE allows you to extend a concept previously declared with `concept: city MORE (...)`. Rules with label prefix CX_ will also set context even if they don't generate output. And incontext now returns the volley that matched if it succeeds. Added old paper ChatBots 101 to papers.
