The major new feature is the GEM positioning concept.
For GEM, the max distance from meridian is now fixed at 180 degrees.
The new concept of park position for GEM: Now, the HA park position
specified on config window is simply the position of the mount axle: zero is
"telescope up, counterweight down" position, +90 is "telescope west,
counterweight east", and -90 is "telescope east, counterweight west".
The park position range is now limited from -90 to +90 degrees (-180 to
+180 does not makes sense for GEM anymore).
Now, in config window, You must choose the pierside of park position.
