TortoiseSVN is an easy to use Subversion client as well as a shell extension for Windows. It provides a powerful commit dialog, a fast log interface and a revision graph. It doesn't require the commandline subversion client.

minor bugfix:
Fixed bugs include: Restore after commit - Unchecked files were not restored upon commit. svn:global-ignores did not work with multiple targets selected.
Log message wasn't saved in history on cancel.
Bug in rename when "similar file name" renames are involved and file names include multiple dots.
Unified diff from log didn't include property changes.
