Gsecraif is a command line tool for splitting and recombining files in a secure manner. It addresses two aspects of security: protecting against data loss and guarding against unauthorised access. It splits a file into three or more equal sized parts (component files), up to a maximum of 255. The utility can recover the original file even if one of the component files is lost.
